Al Thamam is the first phase of Remraam, one of the most outstanding communities you can find in Dubailand.     You should keep an eye on jvc 1 bedroom for sale flats if you're considering real estate in Dubai. Nothing beats the perfect blend of contemporary conveniences and a tranquil neighborhood vibe. Also, it's a good investment because of the low pricing and great demand for rentals. Does anybody have any experience living in JVC? It would be great to hear some practical advice!
